
Whatever your goals, current fitness level or any limitations you have, I can help you become the healthiest, most confident version of yourself. You will have a personalized program to ensure you see optimal results which will be updated as I see fit to avoid plateaus and setbacks. We will work around injuries or mobility limitations and perform exercises specifically chosen for you to ensure you have a successful workout every session. I will also be monitoring your form to ensure you leave each session injury free and one step closer to your goals.
Nutrition coaching is not included with personal training packages but can be added on for an additional $10/session on any package.

NEW CLIENT SPECIAL!
This promo is only available for new clients! Available for Orleans residents only. Sessions are 45 minutes in length and workouts will be tailored to each individual client. Equipment will be provided for the workouts. Have a friend join in on the sessions an additional $150!

One-on-one sessions where I come to your home. Equipment will be provided and sanitized at the beginning and end of each session. Owning or purchasing equipment is not necessary but recommended. Sessions are approximately 1 hour in length.

PERSONAL TRAINING - ONLINE
One-on-one personal training sessions on Microsoft Teams. Workout in the comfort and safety of your own home. Equipment will not be provided, however, recommendations for equipment can be given upon request. A personalized fitness program will be created based on equipment available, fitness level and goals.

GROUP TRAINING

Get fit with friends! Group sessions are available for 4 or more participants. Sessions will be held online or in a location big enough for your team to workout safely. Equipment is not required but recommended. Minimal equipment will be provided. Two to three sessions per week with a set or flexible schedule. Each session will be approximately 1 hour in length with a warm up and cool down included.
